Supraspinatus Loading

External rotation loading - “porn stars” - targets infraspinatus

This exercise will help you build load and tolerance through your infraspinatis which is one of your rotator cuff muscles. Great for those that have:

Prone blackburn - targeting subscapularis

This exercise will help you build strength and control through subscapularis which is responsible for controlling shoulder rotation.

  • Labral tears

  • Subluxation, laxity or history of dislocation

  • Subscapularis tendonitis
