An update to our cancellation policy.
Please provide us with more than 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
The full-service fee will be applied for cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice

As our clients, you form a very important part of our culture - so important that our clinics wouldn't exist without you!
We really need to work together in order for us to empower you towards your meaningful goals... and we do that by 'acting with purpose' together.
Acting with purpose means that we are prepared:
We've planned for your session with the intention of working towards your goals together - all we need is for you to do the same.
Our entire day is based on serving you. We ask that if you can't make our agreed schedule, let us know well in advance - at least 12 hours.
The full-service fee will apply if there is a cancellation within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment.
It's important to note, that part of 'doing the right thing' is to also use discretion depending on the circumstances. In cases of repetitive cancellations, there won't be any flexibility.
Please note appointments that have been booked online are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled.
