What to expect

1. Get to Know You

We take the time to deep dive into your history to understand your problem, the impact it’s having on you and then set meaningful goals together.

2. Find the Cause & Make a Plan

We use our unique detailed assessment process to uncover why you have developed your problem and why it’s not going away on it’s own. We make a plan together around what the treatment, rehab, recommendations and appointment schedule looks like.

3. Hands-on treatment and tailored rehab

We use a variety of techniques to treat the area of concern as well as address the root cause. Active releases, massage, dry needling and customised rehab programming with videos.

4. Follow Up

We are accessible and we care, but further, we are on the front foot checking in along the way. We also communicate with your coach, doctor or any other part of your team you need us to so we can support you every step of the way.

 

TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS

Initial Consultation

A 45min deep dive into “Getting To Know You” and “Finding The Cause”. We do this by identifying what is wrong, why it’s happened and then providing treatment to see if we can get an IMMEDIATE change. This helps us verify our rationale and helps us get clear on what a plan for success looks like.

Standard appointment

A 30min appointment which carries out the agreed plan and works towards your goals. This should feel like a continuation from the previous session and each session should feel like you’re making a step forward.

Extended appointment

A 45min session for people that have a new injury that requires assessment OR there’s simply a lot to do.

Short appointment

A 15min session for people that require regular and concise treatment.
