If there is a pattern of cancellations, particularly on short notice OR you do not show up for an appointment you automatically forfeit your offer. Balance Health & Performance reserves the right to cancel your offer at any time at its discretion and without warning or notice for non adherence to our cancellation policies.
If you are not doing the work you have been directed to do by your Balance Health & Performance pratctioner, you will immediately forfeit the offer. Treatment for chronic conditions may require additional exercises to be performed outside of treatment times. Your practitioner will likely set tasks and goals for you to achieve during treatment. Non-adherence to the set treatment plan will result in cancellation of the offer.
