What drew me to physiotherapy was the variety of the profession and the opportunity to work closely with people, each with their own story and goals. I love the problem-solving side of practice and helping people regain confidence in their bodies.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing someone achieve more than they thought possible when they first came in—whether that’s returning to sport, running pain-free, or simply moving with greater confidence.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors, going for a run along the beach, catching up with friends over coffee, or training for my next challenge. I enjoy a mix of running, cycling, swimming, and strength training, and I’m a strong small flat white kind of person. One thing most people don’t know is that I can walk on my hands.

I particularly enjoy working with young athletes, runners, triathletes, gym-goers, and CrossFit athletes.
I commonly help people with:
Sports injuries
Running and overuse injuries
Shoulder pain in CrossFit athletes
Lower back and neck pain
Strength and conditioning
Post-operative rehabilitation
My background working alongside championship and premiership football clubs in the UK, including Southampton FC and Sheffield Wednesday, has given me extensive experience helping active people recover, perform, and stay involved in the sports they love.
My approach:
My approach combines hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation to create meaningful, long-term results.
I use techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, and dry needling to help reduce pain and improve movement, while also focusing on rebuilding strength, control, movement quality, and overall function.
I place a strong emphasis on using objective measures throughout the rehabilitation process to track progress and ensure we’re moving toward the goals that matter most to you. Above all, I believe in listening carefully, understanding each person’s perspective, and providing personalised care that builds trust throughout the recovery journey.
