CHIROPRACTOR

BSc.Chiro; M.Chiro; Advanced Dry Needling

Growing up, I spent plenty of time on the sidelines dealing with my own sporting injuries. Experiencing rehabilitation firsthand sparked my interest in understanding how the body works and ultimately inspired me to become a chiropractor.

Today, I love helping people realise they're capable of more than they think. Whether you're returning to sport, chasing a performance goal, or simply trying to move without pain, I'm passionate about helping you understand what's driving your symptoms and building a plan that gets you back to doing what you love.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me training for powerlifting, playing soccer, or hunting down Sydney's best food spots. I'm originally from Singapore, my friends call me "Frankie", and while I love a good joke (dad jokes included), I'm serious about helping people achieve their goals.

I commonly help people with:

I enjoy working with athletes, gym-goers, and busy professionals who want to get back to performing at their best.

I commonly help people with:

  • Returning to sport after surgery

  • Chronic knee pain

  • Chronic low back pain

  • Sporting injuries

  • Strength and barbell-related movement

  • Performance programming and injury prevention

Whether you're preparing for competition, returning from injury, or simply looking to move and train with more confidence, my goal is to help you get back stronger than before.

My approach:

Every injury has a story, and I believe understanding the "why" is the key to achieving lasting results.

My approach starts with taking the time to understand your history and carrying out a thorough assessment. Every detail provides valuable clues, allowing us to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms rather than simply treating where it hurts.

I'm naturally curious and committed to finding answers, so you can expect clear explanations, honest conversations, and a treatment plan that's tailored to your goals. My aim isn't just to get you out of pain, it's to help you return to activities you may not have thought possible when you were first injured.
