My passion for physiotherapy began during my years playing football, where I saw firsthand the impact a great physio could have on an athlete's recovery and performance. Watching injuries be assessed, treated, and managed sparked my interest in the profession, and I've been passionate about helping people move better ever since.
I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have, and my goal is to help people regain confidence in their bodies when injury gets in the way. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing people return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that's running, training in the gym, or simply living an active lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me running, training at the gym, or spending time with family and friends. I'm a flat white drinker (although I'll happily switch to a mocha if I'm feeling adventurous), a lifelong FC Barcelona supporter, and I'm always working towards becoming better at whatever I take on.

I always keep the bigger picture in mind. An injury isn't just about pain, it's often preventing you from doing something that's important to you. Whether that's running, lifting weights, playing sport, or keeping up with everyday life, my goal is to help you recover in a way that supports your long-term health and performance.
