I've always been fascinated by human movement, performance, and helping people achieve goals that matter to them. That's what led me to become a physiotherapist, and it's still what motivates me every day.
I enjoy simplifying complex problems, giving people clarity and confidence, and helping them get back to doing the things they love. Whether that's returning to sport, training pain-free, or simply moving better in everyday life, I love seeing people realise they're capable of more than they thought.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me doing CrossFit, playing football, or searching for Sydney's best ice cream (watermelon mint from Anita is currently undefeated). I'm a Liverpool FC supporter, a mocha drinker (no judgement, please!), and I firmly believe that every great competition starts with the right breakfast - something I learnt the hard way after my first CrossFit competition.

I believe recovery is about more than treating an injury, it's about understanding the person behind it.
My approach starts with listening, identifying what's really driving your symptoms, and creating a plan that's tailored to your goals. I'll always take the time to explain what's happening in a way that makes sense, because I believe understanding your injury is an important part of overcoming it.
Recovery and performance aren't always linear, so we'll adapt the plan as you progress, celebrate the wins along the way, and work through the inevitable setbacks together. My goal is to help you build confidence in your body, take ownership of your progress, and develop the resilience to stay active for the long term.
