I was 15 when I first experienced what it feels like to be in sudden, severe pain after a sporting injury. The GP gave me a worst-case explanation, but it was a chiropractor who helped me understand what was going on and gave me hope again.
That experience shaped everything for me.
Since then, I’ve been driven by one thing — helping people move from feeling “unfixable” to feeling capable, strong, and in control again. I’m most passionate about those moments where someone starts to realise their potential is far greater than what they currently believe.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the gym or out running, or spending time with my wife and daughter. I’m a strong macchiato kind of guy, a lifelong Seinfeld and Scrubs fan, and a proud Sydney Roosters supporter. Most people don’t know my real name is Nektarios, and I can also play guitar (and have written a few songs along the way).
I commonly help people with:
I work best with people who sense they’re capable of more, but haven’t yet been able to fully break through what’s holding them back.
I commonly help with:
Chronic or persistent pain that hasn’t improved with previous treatment
Migraines and complex headache presentations
Athletic performance and return-to-sport rehabilitation
People who feel like they’ve “tried everything” without lasting change
I’m particularly drawn to situations where clarity is missing — whether that’s a diagnosis that hasn’t been properly explained, or cases where people feel stuck in cycles of short-term relief without long-term progress. My focus is helping people understand what’s actually going on, so they can move forward with confidence.
My approach:
My approach is built around listening deeply, asking the right questions, and making sure you actually understand what’s going on with your body — not just being told what’s wrong with it.
I place a strong emphasis on clarity and education, because I believe progress starts when things make sense.
From there, we build a clear path forward together. That might include hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and performance-based strategies — but always with the goal of helping you become independent, not dependent.
My aim is simple: to help you get to a point where you don’t feel like you “need” ongoing treatment, but instead feel confident managing and progressing on your own.
A lot of my work is about precision — understanding the problem properly, and intervening in a way that actually changes the outcome.
