I believe movement has the power to improve every aspect of our lives, and I love helping people get out of pain so they can get back to doing the things they enjoy. Exercise has always been a big part of my own life, and I'm passionate about helping others discover confidence and enjoyment in moving their bodies.
Whether your goal is to return to sport, keep up with your family, or simply move more freely without pain, I enjoy supporting people to achieve things they may not have thought were possible.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me out on a run with friends, enjoying a soy cappuccino, or planning my next trip to New Zealand. I'm also a Sydney Swans supporter, and according to my friends, I'm a bit of an animal whisperer.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, getting back into exercise, or looking to improve your movement, my goal is to help you feel capable, resilient, and confident in your body.
My approach:
I take a personalised, hands-on approach to care, combining a range of treatment techniques with active rehabilitation to help you achieve lasting results.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include soft tissue therapy, dry needling, joint adjustments, and movement-based rehabilitation. I believe every person is different, so your treatment plan should reflect your individual goals, lifestyle, and what matters most to you.
Above all, I want my patients to feel heard and supported. I pride myself on bringing empathy, encouragement, and honest guidance throughout your recovery, helping you build the confidence to keep moving well long after treatment finishes.
