Sport has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up playing Gaelic football and now training in CrossFit, I've experienced firsthand the highs of performance—and the challenges that come with injury.

After going through a serious knee injury that required multiple surgeries, I understand what it's like to be on the other side of the treatment table. I know the frustration of setbacks, the patience recovery demands, and the determination it takes to get back to doing what you love. That's why I'm passionate about helping people bridge the gap between injury and performance, whether you're an athlete chasing your next goal or someone simply wanting to move through everyday life with confidence.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me doing CrossFit or HYROX-style training, exploring new places, spending time at the beach, or heading to a concert. I'm an Irish rugby supporter, fuelled by long blacks, and while I think I'm great at karaoke... my friends would probably disagree.

I commonly help people with:

I enjoy working with athletes, gym-goers, runners, and busy professionals who want to get back to moving and performing at their best.

I commonly help people with:

  • Sports and gym-related injuries

  • Running injuries

  • Knee, ankle, and hip conditions

  • Post-operative rehabilitation

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Returning to sport and performance

Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing an injury, or preparing to return to training, my goal is to help you rebuild confidence, strength, and resilience so you can get back to doing what you love.

My approach:

No two injuries and no two people are the same, which is why I believe rehabilitation should never be one-size-fits-all.

My approach combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based rehabilitation that's tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and the demands of your sport or everyday life. Together, we'll set realistic milestones, track your progress, and build a plan that's focused not just on getting you out of pain, but helping you perform at your best.

Having experienced a long rehabilitation journey myself, I understand both the physical and mental challenges that come with recovery. My aim is to provide honest guidance, practical support, and the confidence you need to keep moving forward—even when progress feels slow.
