What is happening with the Penrith clinic?

• The Penrith clinic is transitioning to be run by George, who is starting his own practice. This means the clinic will no longer be a part of BalanceHP.

When is the transition taking place?

• The transition will officially take place on March 3rd 2025.

Appointments & Patient Care

Will my upcoming appointment still be at the same location?

• Yes! If you have an appointment scheduled, it will still take place at the same location. However, after March 2nd, appointments will be managed by George’s new clinic.

Do I need to rebook my appointment?

• If your appointment is before March 2nd, no action is required. If your appointment is after this date, this will be managed by George’s new clinic and he'll contact you regarding next steps.

Will I still see the same practitioners?

• George will continue to provide care at the clinic under his new practice. If you’d like to remain under BalanceHP’s care, we have practitioners available at our other locations.

Can I continue to see Jing or Nick?

• Jing will be transitioning over to full-time availability at our Norwest clinic, and Nick will be available for appointments at Norwest and Belrose.

Admin & Billing

Will my payments or health fund claims be affected?

• Payments and health fund claims will remain the same until March 2nd. After that, any billing processes will be managed by George’s new clinic.

What happens to my patient records?

• Your records remain confidential and will be retained securely. If you choose to continue care with George, your records will be available at his new clinic.
